About the Role We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and highly experienced In-House Marketing Manager to lead our agency’s digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will drive integrated customer acquisition, branding, and lead generation initiatives, collaborating closely with internal teams to execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns. This role requires expertise in SEO, Google Ads, performance marketing, and social media advertising , as well as a strong grasp of marketing analytics, reporting, and leadership . The candidate will oversee the Marketing Assistant while working closely with specialists to ensure effective execution of multi-channel marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. SEO & Performance Marketing Lead SEO Strategy: Develop and implement cutting-edge SEO strategies that drive organic search visibility. Own keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink analysis to improve rankings. Monitor & Optimize SEO Performance: Regularly use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to track and enhance SEO performance. Google Ads Mastery: Lead and optimize Google Ads campaigns, from audience targeting and ad copywriting to bidding strategies and A/B testing. Your goal? Maximizing performance and hitting KPIs. Facebook Ads & Social Media: Take charge of social media advertising, ensuring effective audience targeting, creative optimization, and campaign budget management across Facebook and other platforms. 2. Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning Lead Generation Strategies: Own lead generation efforts that directly align with business goals. You will be at the forefront of driving demand and growing the business. Brand Consistency: Ensure the agency’s brand messaging is consistent and compelling across all marketing channels. Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute impactful strategies that combine content marketing, paid media, and social engagement to elevate our client’s digital presence. Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of emerging digital trends and tools, ensuring our strategies remain innovative and competitive in the marketplace. 3.Analytics & Reporting Data-Driven Decision Making: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns. Leverage key data insights to refine marketing strategies for even greater success. KPI Management: Define and monitor KPIs to ensure campaigns are hitting their targets and generating optimal ROI. Clear & Actionable Reporting: Provide clear, insightful, and actionable reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives. 4. Leadership & Team Collaboration Team Leadership: Oversee the Marketing Assistant, ensuring they are supported and set up for success. Help delegate tasks efficiently while maintaining high execution standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with SEO specialists, performance marketers, social media strategists, sales, design, and content teams to bring campaigns to life. Marketing Operations: Take ownership of operational and administrative tasks, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. 5. Sales Support & Collaboration Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to create impactful marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, and case studies, that drive leads and conversions. Align Marketing & Sales: Ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with sales goals to enhance lead conversion and fuel business growth. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in an agency setting. Expertise in SEO , Google Ads , Facebook Ads , and performance marketing . Strong knowledge of Google Analytics , Google Keyword Planner , SEMrush , Facebook Ads Manager , and other digital tools. Basic understanding of design tools (Illustrator/Photoshop) is a plus.
