Responsibilities Ensure Micron's safety programs and procedures are effective, efficient, and conform to the Management System and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement functional, cost-effective solutions for safety issues. Coordinate, manage, and conduct safety walks, inspections, and audits to ensure operations comply with Micron safety procedures and regulatory requirements. Respond to emergencies, investigate incidents, and recommend preventive/corrective actions. Collect, analyze, and communicate safety-related metrics and performance measurements. Support the ISO System by participating in internal audits to continuously improve the safety program and procedures. Identify, develop, and provide safety training in accordance with company goals and objectives. Education & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or related field such as Engineering. Safety and health certifications are preferred (e.g., Certified Safety Professional, ISO auditor training and certification). Experience with ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Ability to read and interpret safety regulations. Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
