Our client, a leading high-frequency trading firm, is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design and build mission-critical internal tools and automation systems supporting trading, infrastructure, compliance, and operations. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, low-latency environment , offering exposure to cutting-edge trading technology and collaboration with world-class teams. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain internal tools for traders and business teams Develop intuitive, responsive front-ends and reliable backend systems Continuously improve trade monitoring platforms Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and exchange workflows Implement Infrastructure-as-Code with Ansible Script repeatable solutions to boost efficiency across systems Develop monitoring tools for performance, health checks, and incident response Integrate with observability platforms like Prometheus & Grafana (preferred)Partner closely with trading, infra, and connectivity teams Write and maintain reusable automation scripts and well-documented playbooks Qualifications & Skills Strong backend development expertise in Python (Django preferred)Frontend experience with React or Angular Solid scripting skills (Shell/Python) with Linux/Unix fundamentals Hands-on with Ansible, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation Strong system design, debugging, and problem-solving skills Prior experience in trading/finance is a plus, but not required Ownership mindset, able to deliver end-to-end solutions independently.
