Description Job Title Research Associate, NUS Business School and NUS Care Unit Posting Start Date: 19/06/2025 Position: 2‑year research associate (intended to begin in August 2025) in the Department of Management and Organisation and NUS Care Unit. Job Description We invite applications from scholars who can conduct high‑quality research in Organizational Behavior/Applied Psychology, focusing on interpersonal relations, dysfunctional workplace behaviours such as incivility and harassment, and diversity and inclusion in organisations. As a research associate you will support a funded project on the integration of persons with disabilities into the workplace, assisting in publication of top‑tier management and psychology journals. You will work closely with Associate Professor Sandy Lim and her research team, gaining advanced research skills. The role is based in Singapore for the duration of the contract. Relocation funding is not provided. No teaching obligations. Full‑time salary is competitive. Responsibilities Conduct literature reviews Plan, manage and execute data collection in line with NUS research policies Supervise student assistants in research‑related activities Manage datasets and maintain data integrity Analyse qualitative and quantitative data Prepare research papers for submission to conferences and journals Prepare research reports for funder and stakeholder submission Assist in design and conduct of other research projects using surveys, experiments, interviews Miscellaneous research activities as required Requirements Master’s degree in psychology, management, organisational behaviour, or a related field Applicants currently completing a Master’s must finish requirements before starting work Excellent English writing and communication skills Demonstrated experience in management or psychological research Experience in qualitative data analysis (e.g. Excel or software such as Atlas.ti, NVivo) and willingness to learn new analysis skills Experience publishing in peer‑reviewed international journals Other Attributes Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work effectively under pressure Able to work independently and as part of a team How to Apply Send the following documents via email to Dr. Angeline Lim at with the email subject “Research Associate”: Cover letter highlighting career goals and relevant experience Curriculum Vitae Research statement Reference letters (2–3) Sample publications (published journal articles, accepted conference papers).
