About the job: While Synpulse Singapore has a hybrid work policy, this role involves integrating with client teams and their specific work arrangements for successful project delivery. Requirements As a Consultant, you will acquire first-hand consulting experience in the financial services industry, build knowledge on a wide range of companies and solutions, and apply project management best practices in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging work environment. Since we carry out all projects at the clients’ premises, you will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high-quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Our consultants are our greatest asset, and we show this by providing a comprehensive training and mentoring program to equip you to become a skilled consultant. Conduct research, data collection, and analysis on client needs and issues through interviews and workshops to translate their requirements into well-formulated solutions Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and client expectations Present findings and recommendations to the client using business proposals and presentation decks Document project processes, findings, and solutions for management review Engage in close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking Support team members with other project activities About you: Bachelor's degree in business, computing, engineering, or science At least 2 years’ experience in banking, insurance, technology, and/or consulting industries Strong understanding of core business processes and products in the private banking and/or insurance industry Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and the ability to apply testing principles to business solutions Capable of applying technology principles to business Highly analytical and structured in problem-solving; able to quickly understand complex situations Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills Why us: Adaptable schedules offering full-time roles and hybrid work options Attractive fringe benefits and salary structures in line with the market Modern and central office space with good public transport connections Can-do mentality and one-spirit culture Varied events and employee initiatives Your documents to start the process: Resume Job references Qualifications (bachelor/ master diploma, etc.) with certificate of grades Motivation letter: Why Synpulse?
