Roles & Responsibilities HR & Admin Executive About the Business Our client is a pioneer in driving safety school providing a full range of motorcars, motorcycles, heavy vehicles driving courses. About the role The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of human resource and administrative functions . This includes recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, staff welfare, documentation, and general office administration . The role ensures the smooth operation of daily HR processes while also supporting employee engagement and compliance with organizational policies. Requirements · Only Singaporeans/PRs may apply · 1 – 2 years of relevant HR & Admin (those without but willing to learn may apply) · Detail oriented and meticulous · Good time management skills · Willing to learn plus can-do mindset · Excellent inter-personal and communication skills Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment process : job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate pre-employment medical checks and background screenings. Prepare and serve Letter of Appointment (LOA), Employee Handbook, and Code of Conduct. Conduct new hire orientation and ensure timely registration for time attendance/clocking Issue necessary company property and equipment to new hires. Maintain and update staff contact list and personnel files (P-Files). Employee Records & Administration Open and maintain organized and up-to-date employee personnel files. Update employee insurance coverage upon onboarding, promotion, or separation. Maintain and update staff photo boards and locker room assignments. Manage and maintain administrative files and documentation Learning & Development Coordinate full-cycle training and development programs . Administer training grant applications and claims. Maintain training records and ensure compliance with statutory and internal training requirements. Employee Engagement & Welfare Organize staff events, recreational activities, and wellness initiatives . Coordinate staff recognition and compliments programs. Support initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Offboarding Facilitate the offboarding process including clearance forms, exit interviews, and return of company property.
