Support Head Chef in kitchen operations, ensure food quality, manage inventory, train staff, maintain hygiene, lead when required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, food preparation, and overall service flow.
- Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety compliance.
- Oversee inventory control, track stock usage, reduce waste, and support food cost management.
- Contribute to menu execution, recipe documentation, testing, and development projects.
- Guide, coach, and support junior chefs and kitchen staff in skills and practices.
- Work closely with service crew, management, and HQ teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-prepared for peak dining periods.
- Take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
Requirement:
- O-Level & above.
- Min 2 years of Mediterranean cuisine experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Application.
