With massive expansion plan in Asia, they are looking to recruit their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Practice Head / Head of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead their team. About the job You will be responsible for: Practice Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Microsoft Dynamics practice, aligning with overall company objectives and market trends. Identify new market opportunities, service offerings, and solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Data & AI). Lead the presales contribution to RFPs and proposals, ensuring that our submissions are of the highest quality and effectively articulate our value proposition. Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to key customers, understanding their business challenges and strategic objectives. Oversee the creation and delivery of compelling and customized SAP solution demonstrations and presentations. Take ownership of the practice's P&L, including revenue forecasting, cost management, and profitability analysis. Manage the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and in line with quality benchmarks and customer requirements Skills and experience required As a successful applicant, you will have a proven track record in growing the Microsoft Dynamics practice here in Singapore. Candidates with consulting/ SI/ Professional services background is required for this role.
