Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Consultant

**Responsibilities**:
- Interact with customer and executives to understand business requirements, conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap report
- Drive functional solution design to address business, interface and performance requirements and conduct end-user training and provide tailored demonstrations of the technology solution.
- Lead pre-sales activities, advise on complex MS Dynamics 365/Power Platform business cases, and propose comprehensive solutions using best possible approach that involves using 3rd parties’ components and customizations
- Work closely with the Sales, Presales & Delivery leaders in defining win themes, drafting of proposals, defining pursuit plan, and management and tracking of deal pricing and analysis
- Client Relationship Management - You will serve as clients’ local point of contact throughout all project phases, effectively manage associated issues and risks and ensure on-time and on-budget implementation while working with delivery teams to meet clients’ needs and requirements
- Perform market/product research, identify & develop new solutions to address customer pain-points and convert such solutions into products in order to generate significant revenues for the Practice/Unit
- Run the Go-To-Market campaigns for taking strategic solutions to clients and prospects, run campaigns in fields and work with participating entities & stakeholders for ensuring success
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science with 4-7 years’ experience
- Ability to lead and manage client visits, participate in proposal orals, solution demos, discussions with customers - remote or in-person
- Experience in business development and managing pre-Sales activities for Dynamics 365 / Power Platform opportunities
- Experience in anchoring & developing case studies, win-wires, POVs, solution POCs, Sales Play, Battle card content
- Experience in implementing or being part of deployments around Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Experience with business process design or re-engineering
- Flexibility to travel at a short notice for customer discussions
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, unstructured, and constantly changing environment
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
- Hands-on experience on Microsoft D365 and powerplatform
- Preferred to have Large Systems Integrator (SI) experience in a Global Delivery Model
- Familiarity with modern cloud patterns and practices. Microsoft Cloud / Azure experience preferred.
- Authoring whitepapers, blogs and webinar content
- Bringing in Industry Thought Leadership
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills
