The ideal candidate will possess expertise in SAP implementation and application support, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. \

Key responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to understand business and system requirements, communicating effectively, proposing solutions and workarounds, and estimating resources to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

A deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactor solutions is essential, as well as experience in process harmonization concepts and the ability to conduct requirement and solution workshops.

\

The successful candidate will have strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including persuasive techniques, and be self-motivated with a positive 'can-do' attitude.

\

Leadership skills are also crucial, with the ability to lead teams and functional and technical consultants.

\

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business and system requirements. \
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, propose solutions and workarounds, and estimate resources to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. \
  • Configure and customize SAP solutions to enhance functionality and optimize application performance. \
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements, trends, and best practices in SAP technologies. \
  • Translate and simplify requirements, identifying areas that may require systems solutions. \
  • Lead and/or participate in business process analysis, testing, system cutover, documentation, and training of system functionality. \
  • Analyze changes in light of current business processes, assessing impact on other SAP modules. \
  • Partner with other functional and technical teams to ensure quality delivery. \
  • Follow standards and best practices in the delivery of solutions. \
  • Cultivate relationships with customers and vendors to drive sales and project success. \
  • Develop and manage a team to deliver exceptional results. \
  • Manage the delivery of competency enablement throughout the NCS community globally. \
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the organization. \
