Our mission is to amplify, augment, and accelerate the Home Team’s advantage to secure Singapore as the safest place on earth.
What You Will Be Working On
Work alongside the Principal Engineer in their respective areas of expertise (such as front end, back end, data management, QA & testing), contributing to the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions.
Support the execution of best practices, assist in troubleshooting complex issues, and ensure adherence to architectural and quality standards.
Collaborate with Product Teams to provide hands-on technical support, translating engineering principles into practical, scalable solutions.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
At least 3 years of relevant experience in software development, engineering, or related areas
Proficiency in programming, system design, testing, and DevOps
Strong problem-solving skills and technical curiosity
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Excellent communication skills and ability to produce clear technical documentation
All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract initially, with the possibility of permanent tenure based on performance.
