We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as
Senior Credit Controller
based in our Vistra, Singapore office. Reporting to the
Invoice to Cash Manager , this 6-month contract position offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Finance function and its growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure credit and collections procedures and framework are followed by the Account Managers (AMs).
Reconcile complex accounts that have been escalated from the AMs.
Monitor and bring down unallocated cash receipts.
Monitor debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors DSO (dashboard, worklist & etc.).
Work collaboratively with Shared Service Centre and Account Managers to bring down aged balances >90 days past due.
Active follow up with clients for payment.
Review and recommend accounts for outsourcing to external debt collection agency.
Administer to Debt Collection Agency.
Review and recommend accounts for bad debt provision and write-off.
Prepare and populate Ageing Report with updates.
Prepare list of Top 20 Clients.
Participate in regular monthly reviews with business teams on outstanding AR.
Assist with credit control automation and process streamlining project.
Key Requirements:
Min. 3 years’ experience in a Credit Controller role, preferably experience in direct management of a portfolio of AR accounts.
Diploma or Degree in Business / Accountancy.
Proficient with Excel.
ERP system – F&O system is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Able to work independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Persuasive, firm, tactful and customer service oriented.
Self-motivated, hands-on with a high degree of commitment to meet deadlines, targets and objectives.
