Responsibilities

  • Support our regional sales team in maintaining customer relations. Identify new opportunities with existing and new customers. Promote solutions and offerings covering the KM product portfolio.
  • Focus on ensuring pro-active planning of major overhauls and dockings to maximise Kongsberg opportunities, including spares, services, retrofits and refits. Actively follow up opportunities in close cooperation with sales managers and product centers.
  • Drive impact through sales.
  • Prepare maintenance planning packs (binders) for upcoming overhauls and ensure the entire KM portfolio is covered.
  • Project manage and coordinate sales effort and activities towards internal and external stakeholders (binders).
  • Monitor and follow up opportunities with the Aftermarket Sales Manager and keep opportunities updated in the CRM system.
  • Prepare for and carry out handover to delivery organization/aftermarket projects and support sales in preparation for customer meetings.

What You Should Have

  • Relevant Diploma or equivalent experience from marine industry.
  • Strong product knowledge relevant to the product requirements.
  • Ability to work independently with a systematic and structured approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
