Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the pre-school. Oversee curriculum planning and professional matters, providing inputs and perspectives, and mentoring teachers in areas of pedagogy, delivery and use of tools and resources. In collaboration with the team, nurture and support the children in their personal, social and academic growth by designing and delivering dynamic and responsive learning programmes. Ensure that planning, preparation, recording, assessment and reporting meet the children’s needs and the School’s philosophy. Value holistic education. Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Able to lead a centre independently. Skills and Knowledge Required: Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Degree in any discipline, with Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL). At least 1 year of experience for Principal role or 2 years for Vice-Principal role in a pre-school setting and exposure in a supervisory role. Experience as a Senior Teacher may be considered for Vice-Principal role. Demonstrate strong knowledge in curriculum and teaching pedagogy. Strong leadership qualities with passion in equipping and inspiring children's lives. Experience in handling SPARK Certification process. Hands‑on experience in mentoring and coaching educators towards quality teaching practices.
