Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids and implement the programme in class. Always use positive guidance strategies and techniques. Maintain and build strong relationships with the Champs and their parents. Keep accurate records of the Champs’ progress. Address each Champ’s educational and developmental needs on an individual basis to the best of your ability. Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma – preferably in Early Childhood Education or Educational Studies (Early Years Enrichment, Creative Language Arts, Speech and Drama, etc) Preferably with a minimum of 1 year’s classroom teaching experience with learners aged 3 to 7 years old Engaging, dynamic and creative. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Strong command of the English Language (spoken and written).
