We work as one to achieve our vision of being the world's most trusted, innovative, liquidity and data solutions specialist. **Job duties:*** Manage MBS2 Development Team* Prime system operational liaison point with China JV* Agree, specify and deliver MBS2 enhancements to meet operational business requests.* Manage allocated IT projects in offices across Asia Pacific* Liaise with all key stakeholders to understand the business case for development* Prioritise enhancement requests and manage delivery timescales to business* Analyse business issues /enhancements and specify appropriate technical solutions* Create clear and concise specifications / requirements documentation* Take responsibility for and manage the involvement of all related technology departments for any project under your control* Manage the request for changes, adhering to TP ICAP internal change management processes* Produce test cases to ensure accuracy and coverage of solution* Perform testing of requested changes* Manage UAT of requested changes* Project manage all system releases* Assist in resolving day to day issues related to systems worked on* Complete any mandatory training by the required deadlines.* Act with integrity and due skill, care and diligence in carrying out your duties**SKILLS REQUIRED:*** Project management skills* Business analysis skills* Problem solving skills* Ability to match the basic business requirements to appropriate TP ICAP technical solutions* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills* Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Project, Visio* Experience of issue and task tracking packages e.g. JIRA**Job Band and Level:** Manager, 6**#LI-Hybrid** **#LI-MID****Company Statement**We know that the best innovation happens when diverse people with different perspectives and skills work together in an inclusive atmosphere.
