About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join The Vision Project Pte. Ltd. as an Accounts cum Admin Assistant. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and administrative support to the company's operations in the West Region.
What you'll be doing
Daily AR function which includes preparing quotations and tax invoices for customers.
Following up on customer payments and updating goods delivery schedules.
Preparing petty cash control, staff reimbursements, and others.
Sourcing, negotiating, procuring materials and services, issuing POs for suppliers, and updating Job Costing Schedule.
Providing administrative support including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
What we're looking for
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/'O' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
Required skill(s):
Word Perfect, MS Excel, MS Office.
Knowledge of MYOB Accounting Software will be an advantage.
Fast learner, meticulous, independent, organized, and shows good initiative.
