Contract Details 1-year contract (renewable & convertible)Up to $10,000Mon to Fri, 8.30am – 6pm (44-hour work week)Jurong East / LTA site (multiple locations)Responsibilities The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of the KPE-MCE Integrated Traffic and Plant Management System (ITPMS) for the Land Transport Authority (LTA). This includes planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, system integration, testing, and commissioning. The role requires close collaboration with LTA representatives, internal engineering teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and compliant project delivery. Responsible for the overall management and coordination of the project Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with contract requirements, timelines and compliance standards Coordinate across internal teams, external stakeholders and other third‐party vendors Oversee project planning and execution, including budgeting, hiring, partner sourcing and management of vendors and contractors Manage project scope, schedules, resources, risk and quality control activities Ensure robust documentation, change management and configuration control throughout the project lifecycle Lead progress reporting, stakeholder communication and governance reviews Drive issue resolution and proactively mitigate risks across technical and operational domains Ensure compliance with relevant standards (Company standards, Contract specifications, cybersecurity requirements, operational safety standards)Accountable for smooth planning, execution and timely delivery of projects and all project aspects of design, development, delivery, installation, integration testing, implementation and maintenance Duration 1-year contract (renewable & convertible depending on performance)Working Hours Mon to Fri, 8.30am – 6pm (44-hour work week)Salary Up to $10,000Location Jurong East / LTA site (multiple locations)Requirements Possess strong project management and leadership abilities, good communication skills and excellent problem‐solving skills Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science or related discipline Project Management Professional Certification Minimum 8 years of experience in project management of large‐scale systems projects Proven experience delivering complex, multi‐stakeholder systems integration projects Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Sound understanding of technical documentation and systems architecture Have managed at least one implementation using Agile project management methodology Good problem‐solving skills with attention to technical and contractual details Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Desirable Attributes Background in managing vendor contracts and subcontractor coordination Familiarity with cybersecurity requirements for critical infrastructure systems Experience coordinating teams from multiple locations or countries for project delivery Experience delivering traffic or tunnel management systems Understanding of software systems lifecycle, including design, development, integration, testing and commissioning Interested applicants, kindly email your detailed resume (MS Word format is preferred): (Registration No. R )Please ensure that applications sent through email are no bigger than 1Mb.
