Role Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Coffee Production Assistant (Packing/Delivery)to support daily operations in our roastery. This hands-on role is essential to ensuring a smooth, efficient workflow across packing, inventory, and general warehouse duties. You Will Pick, pack, weigh, seal, and label coffee orders for both retail and wholesale customers. Monitor packaging supply levels and alert the team when restocking is needed. Assist the roasting team with handling, weighing, and sorting green and roasted coffee. Conduct regular stock audits and rotate inventory using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method to ensure freshness. Prepare and dispatch orders, ensuring accurate documentation and labelling for courier services. Support wholesale and retail deliveries — a valid driving license is a plus. Maintain cleanliness and organization across the roastery, storage, and packing areas. Help coordinate logistics and product preparation for events, pop-ups, and exhibitions. Represent the company in a professional, friendly, and customer-focused manner. You Are Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy. Punctual, dependable, and proactive in your approach to work. Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting (up to 20–25kg) and standing for long periods. Organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently. A team player with good communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Quick to learn and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passionate about coffee and enthusiastic about contributing to a quality-focused production process. Reliable, with strong time management skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely. No Experience is welcomeNice to Have A valid class 3 driving license (to assist with deliveries when needed). An interest in specialty coffee and a desire to deepen your knowledge of the industry.
