Job Description:
Responsibilities
Collaborates closely with internal laboratory and hedging teams to propel business expansion, pinpointing new business prospects, nurturing client connections, and contributing strategic endeavors to enhance the organization's overall prosperity.
Acquire precious metals including Gold & Silver within Singapore and evaluate purchasing decisions with a focus on cost efficiency to ensure that all business transactions are profitable for the company.
Prepare proposals to customers according to the calculation methods for the precious metals.
Monitor industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to understand the latest market developments.
Make comparisons with the company's services to identify areas for improvement or differentiation, potential business opportunities and threats.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to expand existing accounts.
Document and monitor all trade deals to ensure prompt delivery of subject metals, as well as ensure payment and collection by the due date.
Work with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
Cultivate relationships with new customers to secure business opportunities.
Update the CRM system with supplier, business leads information and follow-up status.
Provide regular reports and updates to the Business Operations Manager on activities, targets and performance.
Requirements
Diploma in any studies with 3 years of experience in a similar capacity in recycling or adjacent industries preferred.
Possess Class 3 driving license with own vehicle is preferred.
Knowledge of using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
Demonstrate excellent teamwork abilities, possessing strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with colleagues in achieving shared goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Comfortable and willing to work in an outdoor environment.
Basic + Commission + AWS + VB, 5 days, 9am to 6pm, Jurong.
