Primary Responsibilities
Demand Planning
Develop, maintain and improve a Demand Plan for a portfolio of products and customers, which also includes the full ownership of generating and maintaining Promotion Uplift Volume.
Ensure the alignment of this Demand Plan with internal and external partners through the Monthly Business Planning and Collaborative Planning processes
Identify and manage exceptions, and monitor performance in order to continually improve the quality and reliability of the Demand Plan and the Company’s ability to sense and respond to changing circumstances.
Drives alignment of business assumptions across functions and uses them as an input to build robust plans. Uses analytics to provide visibility on future situation and alternate scenarios to support effective business decisions.
Supply Planning
To manage the Supply Network of the assigned area of the business by replenishing each dispatch point to meet customer service objectives whilst maintaining optimal stock cover that also takes into
