Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Design Specialist , you will be responsible for providing support in preparing drawings, reports, and project documentation from design through to completion.
  • You will assist in developing design concepts and documentations, coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Your tasks will include assisting in presentations, proposals, and feasibility studies as part of design development, supporting compliance with relevant guidelines, codes, and requirements during project execution.
  • You will also assist with documentation for submissions, contracts, and project specifications, participate in site visits to monitor progress and provide updates where required.
  • Your role will involve working collaboratively to manage timelines, deliverables, and project expectations, performing other tasks as needed to support the team and overall project delivery.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
  • At least 1 year's experience as an architectural designer or similar role is essential.
  • You must have proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Revit.
  • Excellent visual communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly are necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also required.
