Job Title: Key Infrastructure Specialist

The position is available for a highly skilled professional to oversee the planning, implementation, and management of client platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, test, and maintain client platforms to meet business objectives and service standards.
  • Resolve platform-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Investigate incidents, provide temporary or permanent solutions, and update relevant parties on status.
  • Perform tasks related to client platforms, including monitoring and maintaining agreed-upon service levels.
  • Participate in the implementation and upgrade of client platforms.
  • Manage the implementation and upgrade of client platforms.
  • Conduct research and evaluations of client platform tools.
  • Provide technical advice on systems to customers and project teams.
  • Manage client platform management systems.
  • Implement system changes through the change request process and provide status reports.
  • Conduct presales activities for client platforms.
  • Collect business and application requirements for infrastructure analysis and design.
  • Ensure service levels meet requirements and propose action plans when necessary.
  • Establish facility management standards and best practices for operational consistency across teams.
