Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Speech Therapist with AAC expertise to join our team as a Lead Speech Therapist. This role offers the unique opportunity to combine clinical practice with technology development. You will work closely with our software team, leveraging your clinical experience to guide the evolution of AAC and generative AI tools designed to enhance therapy outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct 22 hours of clinical work weekly. These are one‐to‐one sessions with clients requiring Speech Language therapy. The session will leverage Theratech.ai's innovative AAC tools and digital assistants when applicable. Provide feedback to our product development team on user experience, recommending new features and enhancements to improve speech therapy functionality. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in 5 hours of weekly onsite meetings, including departmental discussions and supervision. Stay abreast of advancements in AAC, speech therapy trends, and digital healthcare tools to inform product updates and ensure cutting‐edge development. Requirements Experience as a Speech Therapist with expertise in AAC. Deep understanding of clinical workflows and AAC applications in speech therapy. Passion for technology, with experience utilizing digital tools in therapy. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem‐solving. Flexible working arrangements: Beyond the 27 hours (22 clinical hours and 5 hours of meetings onsite), work from home or anywhere. Choose between a Monday‐Friday schedule or a 4.5‐day workweek (Tuesday‐Saturday half day), or 4‐day workweek.
