Sr/Channel Sales Manager (Electronics Test & Measurement) My client is a leading producer of test & measurement electronics equipment. Responsibilities Develop and structure sales quota goals and revenue expectations. Support securing sales volume and profit targets. Manage the Order-to-Delivery process and KPI's. Manage price management and sales performance management. Implement strong price management to maximize sales volume and profitability. Responsible for business analysis, price management and market intelligence. Plan marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations. Qualifications Master / Degree / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 12 years of regional channel sales experience in test & measurement equipment environment. Experience managing 2-3 direct reports. Track record of generating more than 40M USD revenue/annual is a plus. Understanding emerging markets (Indonesia / Thailand / Vietnam etc). Comfortable being hands on (rolling up the sleeve and walking the ground). Experience in building distributor networks from scratch. Conversant in pricing methodologies and building price strategies. Able to travel around South East Asia for work assignments (40% traveling). Expertise in channel segmentation, distributor performance assessment.
