What the role is: SENIOR EXECUTIVE, CONTENT & WEBSITE MANAGEMENT What you will be working on: You are a member of the dynamic team which oversees and supports organisational excellence initiatives and manages LTA's websites and service infrastructure systems. To succeed, you must be able to multi‐task and prioritise projects and deadlines. You are expected to work closely with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure tasks and project(s) are completed smoothly. Managing and maintaining website content to ensure it remains up-to-date and relevant Supporting the operations and maintenance of service infrastructure systems Managing the service quality management system Undertaking any other projects or tasks assigned What we are looking for: Knowledge in any discipline, preferably in Business, Information Systems, or Information Technology Preferably, but not necessary, 5 years of experience in site content audit, digital content management and/or project management or maintenance of business systems such as ISO, Anti‐Bribery Management System or similar Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (advantageous)Meticulous attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong passion for continuous learning and improvement Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‐paced environment About Land Transport Authority The Land Transport Authority (LTA) is a statutory board under Ministry of Transport that spearheads land transport developments in Singapore.
