CitiInternal Audit (IA)provides independent assessments of Citi’s control environment, risk management and governance for key stakeholders including Citi’s board of directors, senior management and regulators. We are a global function with over 2,500 professionals providing assurance across all of Citi's businesses.
We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team asAVP, Senior Auditor- International & NAM Risk Management Audit(Internal Job Title: Senior Auditor I - C12) based in Changi Business Park, Singapore.Being part of our team means that we’ll provide you with the resources to meet your unique needs, empower you to make healthy decisions and manage your financial well-being to help plan for your future.
Responsibilities:
Perform moderately complex audits including drafting audit reports, presenting issues to the business, and discussing practical solutions
Complete assigned audits within budgeted timeframes, and budgeted costs
Monitor, assess, and recommend solutions to emerging risks
Contribute to the development of audit processes improvements, including the development of automated routines
Apply internal audit standards, policies, and regulations to provide timely audit assurance and influence audit scope
Develop effective line management relationships to ensure strong understanding of the business
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets
Qualifications:
5-8 years of relevant experience
Effective verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
Subject matter expertise regarding audit technology’s application
Effective project management skills
Effective influencing and relationship management skills
Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
