Job Opportunity:

Technical Expertise:

  • We are seeking an experienced RMA Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, particularly in electrical and electronics.
  • Hands-on experience with bench setups and testing with different instruments such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and RF equipment is required.
  • Familiarity with various system-level testing setups, including power and RF, is essential.
  • Experience in semiconductor assembly, SMT, and packaging associated issues is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • The RMA Technician will be responsible for setting up and testing RMA devices according to engineer's instructions.
  • Support remote access requests through phone, emails, and online systems.
  • Perform test hardware orders, buy-offs, debugs, and repairs.
  • Assemble new instruments on benches.
  • Coordinate equipment relocation.
  • Perform/coordinate PM, calibration, and repair of Test Floor equipment – ATE and peripherals, and Benches' instruments as needed.
  • Manage day-to-day RMA bench utilization for testing according to priorities.
  • Track and control RMA parts used in testing.
  • Track and manage HW inventory and Instrument calibration and PM.
  • Maintain RMA benches and equipment/instrument in RMA lab.
  • Compile engineering and operational reports, RMA testing results.

Education and Experience

  • A Professional Certificate/Nitec in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent is well preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in similar engineering fields is required.
