Leong Hup Singapore is a leading food manufacturer, providing poultry meats and halal small goods. We are looking for a self-motivated Finance Executive handling GL(general ledger). Roles and Responsibilities Ensure monthly closing accuracy, reporting requirement and deadlines are met. Prepare monthly management report, financial analysis and audit schedules. Advise AR/AP on the correct GL code & GST code entries. Liaise with external auditors and tax agent on all audit and tax related matters. Prepare budget and forecast. Perform variance analysis on the financial performance. Provide estimated PBT for Group Accountant. Preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting package for Accountant. Preparation of XBRL and liaise with company secretary for annual filing. Preparation of payroll reconciliation. Prepare for monthly general ledger journal and closing activities. Prepare monthly reports for related company balances and transactions. Any ad-hoc duty assigned from time to time. Education and Work Requirements Degree in Accounting. 2 years of relevant experience. Possess good knowledge in MS Office applications. Knowledge of AX ERP would be an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
