Job Purpose

To effectively oversee and manage project schedules, encompassing the full lifecycle of design, procurement, construction, and validation stages within pharmaceutical engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive master schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project (Level 1–4).
  • Coordinate inputs from various teams, including design, procurement, construction, and validation.
  • Sequence key activities based on pharmaceutical schedule logic and process flows.

Progress Tracking & Control

  • Weekly update of site progress, monitoring critical paths and buffer time.
  • Identify potential delays and support mitigation or recovery planning.
  • Manage milestone schedules linked to equipment installation and validation.

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and 3-week lookahead schedules.
  • Provide scheduling input during project and client meetings.
  • Support preparation of Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and claims.

Risk Control & Coordination

  • Participate in project risk reviews, integrating schedule-related risks into the risk register.
  • Work with construction, safety, and logistics teams to optimize sequencing.

Validation Interface (if applicable)

  • Coordinate with validation team to meet IQ/OQ readiness milestones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management.
  • Minimum 5 years in scheduling; 3+ years in pharma projects preferred.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6; skilled in MS Project and Excel analytics.
  • Familiar with GMP workflows and cleanroom construction sequencing.
  • Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and site safety requirements.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills; able to work on-site.
  • Interfaces with Design, Procurement, Construction, Validation, and Client teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification preferred.
