Medical Affairs (Cardio Admin), Senior Exec/Asst Manager, 1-yr contract You will assist the Head of Cardiology and work in partnership with stakeholders to support research initiatives and quality improvement activities to achieve department key performance indicators. Responsibilities Support in managing the operational and administrative functions of the department, review to improve work processes to optimise use of resources where necessary Provide secretarial support to research and quality improvement related committees and meetings Assist with the extraction and generation of research data reports for research studies as well as coordination of data requests submissions to external data registries In charge of REDCap for research projects as well as the set up and design of REDCap projects and databases To assist and guide researchers on the proper conduct of research, including applicable legislations, regulations and policies. To act as the liaison between the department and the regulatory authorities Coordinate Project Planning and Scheduling are created with clear timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Keep the research community updated of available grant opportunities. Coordinate and facilitate the submissions of research grant applications to external funding agencies Collate research performance indicators and assist to prepare reports Undertake any projects / assignments as assigned Requirements Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare. Good knowledge of hospital operations Good interpersonal skill and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Good team player, an independent worker Only shortlisted candidates will be notified #J-18808-Ljbffr
