Business Development Manager, VIP Partnerships Responsibilities Lead the Implementation of Innovative Business Scenarios Conduct relevant market research, complete feasibility analysis, and design business models. Establish connections with potential customers and partners, promote POC pilot implementation, and support 0-1 incubation. Market Insight and Analysis Develop international market research plans, collect, organize, and analyze relevant information in target markets to capture market dynamics and trends. Produce detailed market analysis reports to provide critical input for market selection, expansion, and enhancing the competitiveness of products and solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field, with a preference for telecommunications‐related majors. Proficient in English as a working language, capable of seamless communication with overseas clients and teams. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred. With over 5 years of experience in wireless communications (4G/5G), and more than 3 years of overseas frontline sales or BD (Business Development) experience (priority given to candidates who have managed project expansion worth over 1M USD); possess understanding and mastery of the industrial chain, key players, and business models in the global enterprise wireless market (priority given to candidates familiar with wireless network operations or satellite communication solutions). Have hands‐on experience in market insight; capable of conducting systematic market analysis and evaluation based on methodologies such as the $APPEALS model or "Five Looks and Three Decisions". Keen market insight and innovative thinking, with the ability to promptly grasp market dynamics and opportunities, and propose effective market strategies. Willingness to travel globally as needed.
