HR Operations Lead

- Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to lead our HR Shared Services function.

About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our HR Shared Services function, ensuring efficiency and compliance at all times. They will champion our HR Data Governance, Analytics, Reporting, and administer our HR Ticketing system, driving continuous improvement in HR processes and execution. Additionally, they will perform analysis of relevant HR data, identify trends, and develop predictive analytics to support decision-making and strategy development. As the HRIS module lead, they will support the roll-out and adoption of new modules across HR users and employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related majors.
- At least 5 years of experience with HR operations work, preferably within a HR Shared Services setup.
- Tech-savviness with HRIS systems and HR Analytics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Team-player with good attention to details.
