Oversee purchase requests, vendor negotiations, and order execution. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and support vendor evaluation and onboarding. Ensure compliance with governance, risk management, and internal policies. Inventory & Materials Management Track and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet engineering and production requirements. Implement effective stock control measures to prevent shortages and overstocking. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align material planning with demand forecasts. Logistics & Distribution Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including shipment scheduling and freight efficiency. Ensure prompt delivery to customers and production facilities. Coordinate with logistics providers and 3PL partners to ensure compliance with customs and trade laws. Supervise and mentor supply chain team members to drive operational excellence. Assign responsibilities, monitor outcomes, and provide necessary training and guidance. Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Reporting & Performance Analysis Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF, inventory turnover, procurement savings, and logistics costs. Prepare and communicate comprehensive supply chain performance reports to management. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Engineering to address operational requirements. Serve as the escalation point for supply chain challenges and ensure timely issue resolution. Requirements: Diploma in supply chain (procurement, logistics & planning) or any related field. Minimum 3 years in supply chain, logistics, or procurement. Experience working in Semiconductor industry.
