Warehouse Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our facilities.

  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving and dispatching shipments, managing inventory levels, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Process incoming and outgoing raw material/stock, ensuring safekeeping and minimizing losses.
  • Assist in stock count, preparation, and verification of packing lists to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Track and maintain stock records via our in-house ERP system, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  • Perform daily pick and pack operations for delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.

Requirements:

  • GCE 'N' or 'O' level; ITE certification an asset
  • Minimum 1 year admin experience in a related field
  • Good computer knowledge, especially MS Office
  • Responsible, meticulous, and a team player with a positive learning attitude
