As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Job Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of solutions. Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals. Use analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify improvements, and implement data-driven optimizations. Champion agile methodologies and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Manage budgets, including business cases, forecasting, P&L, and depreciation. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 8+ years of experience in technical program management, leading complex projects in large organizations. Strong stakeholder management and influence skills. Technical fluency, including vendor product knowledge and vendor relations management. Proven resource, budget, and team management in agile environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Familiarity with infrastructure platforms and technologies (compute, network, storage, runtime). Preferred Qualifications PMP, Certified Scrum Master, or similar certification; Agile experience. Cloud platform knowledge. Data analytics, data visualization, or automation experience is a plus. About Us J.P.
