Make an Impact by:
Assisting the Vendor Manager in timely planning, preparation, execution, and management of tenders to support operation and project needs in both OPEX and CAPEX (involving builders and MEP works).
Assisting in managing the project procurement process, ensuring that all stages including pre-qualification, enquiry, analysis (Price Comparison), selection, management approval paper, and contract preparation are performed effectively.
Assisting in the preparation of tender documentation and administration.
Performing cost benchmarking, life cycle costing, and/or total cost of ownership computation.
Being responsible for contract documentation and administration (including obtaining Performance Bonds, Bankers Guarantees, and any other forms of insurances).
Assisting in the proper management of post-contract cost variances and change control processes.
Assisting in liaising with the service users to resolve any commercial, change orders, cost variation, and contract issues.
Assisting the Vendor Manager in the end-to-end procurement process.
Skills for Success:
Nitec/Diploma holder.
Tender document preparation and execution.
Request for Quotation and quotation analysis.
Technical knowledge and experience in procurement or Quantity Surveying duties.
Contracting and contract management.
Cost Management.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Able to work independently, proactively, and is self-motivated.
