Purpose
You will lead and manage the implementation of infrastructure services and projects in NTUC, unions and related organisations by working closely with business users as well as the Transformation Office. You will perform outsourcing management to ensure successful IT service and project delivery within service level agreement and perform proper risk mitigation.
Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver quality infrastructure services and projects in various business areas for NTUC, unions and related organisations.
• Support network infrastructure in NTUC, unions and related organisations. Monitor network performance and security. Maintain network security policies and procedures.
• Oversee the day-to-day IT operations with the assistance of vendors/service providers.
• Perform outsourcing management to ensure that (a) contractual obligations are met and projects are successfully delivered by vendors/service providers; (b) contracts continually meet customer’s needs; (c) vendors’ performance is monitored in accordance with contractual obligations and service level agreements; and (d) project and operational risks are properly mitigated and managed.
• Build strong and intimate relationship with business users. Act as the single point of contacts (SPOC) for various business areas so as to enhance customer intimacy, manage customer expectations and achieve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Computing, IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the ICT industry.
• CCNA is a plus
• Good knowledge of ICT industry best practices, system, processes, and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of network engineering principles and practices.
• Experience with a variety of network hardware and software.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as a team player.
• Strong end user management and customer servicing skills.
• Proven experience on IT project/outsourcing/service management.
• Good writing and verbal communicating skills.
