Senior Director of Physician Engagement
The organization seeks an accomplished leader to spearhead physician engagement, driving internal and external collaboration to advance evidence-based clinical practices.
- Proven experience in fostering medical credibility and trust among key stakeholders, including cardiologists, surgeons, and other influential professionals.
- Established relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, professional societies, and leading academic centers to drive strategic goals and foster therapy awareness.
- Strong liaison skills, ensuring feedback informs innovation, training, and strategy through effective communication and collaboration.
- Lead the conception, implementation, and oversight of regional strategic medical programs to advance structural heart interventions.
- Design and implement programs that support early and expanded access, including centers of excellence, training platforms, proctoring, and multidisciplinary education initiatives.
- Develop and implement a regional image screening hub for JAPAC , including strategic design, operational setup, cross-functional coordination, and regulatory alignment.
- Drive the development and delivery of world-class educational programs for Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement, Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies, and surgical heart valve solutions.
- Partner with Marketing, Commercial, and Public Affairs teams to ensure alignment with business strategy and market access goals.
- Ensure all physician engagement and programs are conducted in compliance with corporate policies, regional regulations, and ethical standards.
