Medical Team Leader

The Medical Team Leader plays a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and clinical expertise. As part of the Department's leadership team, you will oversee daily ward rounds, ensuring seamless coordination between medical teams. Your direct clinical involvement will drive accurate diagnosis and effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor junior medical officers to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient experience and satisfaction;
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records to inform future treatment decisions;

In addition to your clinical duties, you will be expected to contribute to the Department's continuous improvement initiatives, driving best practices and innovation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Basic Medical Degree (M.B.B.S or equivalent);
  • Relevant post-graduate qualification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (recognised by the Singapore Medical Council).
