Overview Assistant Manager (Wellbeing & Engagement), Group Allied Health role at SingHealth . We are seeking an Assistant Manager (Wellbeing & Engagement) for Group Allied Health to provide support in implementing strategic Allied Health–related projects across SingHealth Institutions and departments. You will manage operations, coordinate with stakeholders, and assist in implementing staff wellbeing, engagement, workforce development and talent management projects. You will prepare reports and use analytics to evaluate project effectiveness while monitoring expense accounts to ensure project costs stay within allocated budgets. You will analyze Employee Engagement Survey results to identify areas of need for each Allied Health Profession and address concerns raised. You will serve as secretariat for the Allied Health Wellbeing and Engagement Committee, plan committee meetings, monitor follow-up actions, and ensure follow-through as appropriate. You will support Allied Health workforce development and talent management initiatives, focusing on leadership development training programs. You will coordinate and execute the annual Allied Health awards, managing the nomination process and stakeholder liaison to foster recognition of Allied Health Professionals\' contributions. Your supervisor may assign other duties as needed. Responsibilities Provide support in implementing strategic Allied Health–related projects across SingHealth Institutions and departments; manage operations; coordinate with stakeholders.
