We are seeking a highly skilled Change Delivery Lead to drive standardisation, simplification, and achieve productivity uplift of change delivery management across WRB. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing consistent practices for financials forecasting, capitalisation ratio, and market recharge mechanism – ensuring financial transparency, compliance, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will collaborate with Finance, Product and Segment stakeholders (both Group and Country), and Digital Wealth and Retail Journey team to embed standardised processes, tools, and governance models that enable scalability and value realisation.
