Computer Operations and Network Manager
to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day IT operations, including system administration and network management.
Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with IT policies.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
Provide IT support and training to employees on technical systems.
Plan and manage system upgrades, backups, and recovery procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or network management.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking systems, and cybersecurity practices.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
