Job Description
As a key member of the business continuity management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of this initiative. The Business Continuity Management (BCM) system implementation project requires an experienced professional to serve as the business analyst and project manager office (PMO). In this capacity, you will be responsible for analyzing current-state processes and identifying gaps, collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements, and drafting relevant documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of business processes and systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical capabilities.
- Provide project updates to relevant teams and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, business requirement gathering, and documentation experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in these areas. A bachelor's degree in any field is required, and a good understanding of project delivery processes is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Good understanding of IT Service Management frameworks, such as ITIL.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
