Project Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Planning Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful civil and building projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and updating comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to support planning and execution activities.
  • Managing and controlling construction timelines to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Revising master schedules and planning documents to reflect actual progress, changes in scope, and revised sequences.
  • Monitoring resources and work progress, maintaining accurate records.
  • Preparing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly manpower and equipment reports.
  • Providing regular planning updates to construction, engineering, and contract teams.
  • Compiling and maintaining monthly progress reports and site documentation, including photographs and videos.
  • Conducting delay analysis and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Preparing recovery programs and substantiation records for excusable delays.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in civil/building projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other planning tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
