Job Title: Project Planning Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop project plans
  • Analyze project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Develop and implement project recovery plans as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in project planning and coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Primavera P6
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
