Key Responsibilities:
Prepare coffee and other beverages according to company standards
Ensure daily opening and closing procedures are followed
Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and service area
Manage stock levels of ingredients and supplies; report when replenishment is needed
Follow health and safety regulations
Work as a team to maintain smooth operations during peak hours
Assist in training new baristas as needed
Requirements:
At least 1 year of barista experience preferred
Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Physically fit to stand for extended periods
Team-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
Willing to travel between different outlets or event locations as required
