Senior Project Manager - Risk Domain

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Risk domain projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of one or more project streams as per committed timelines, cost, scope, and quality.
  • Attend requirement gathering sessions and actively participate in Business Requirement Document (BRD) reviews.
  • Perform impact analysis on existing system functionalities with respect to new proposed changes.
  • Drive Functional Specification documents based on BRD, conduct functional walkthroughs for stakeholders, and obtain FS signoff.
  • Guide and manage data mapping specifications used for sourcing required data for Basel computation from source systems.
  • Understand system and provide guidance to development teams throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage issues raised in UAT, and coordinate with users during the UAT phase for techno-functional queries.
  • Assist client Project Managers in delivery of projects and coordination with various stakeholders.
  • Help teams deliver projects within committed timelines.
  • Maintain risks and issues trackers and see them to closure.
  • Liaise with business partners and vendors for changes raised in regulatory risk domains for reporting purposes.
  • Manage teams of permanent, contractor, and vendor resources for successful delivery of projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years' relevant experience in delivering projects.
  • Experience with delivering projects with Moody's applications in Risk domains.
  • Experience/knowledge in Regulatory Reporting Domains.
  • Strong understanding of waterfall and agile concepts and strong technical backgrounds.
  • Experience in Basel computation and reporting (credit risk or market risk) is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge in financial market products is required.
  • Knowledge in Oracle SQL, PLSQL.
  • Able to work independently with minimum guidance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage senior stakeholders at MD, C levels.
  • Good people management skills.
  • Able to organize and prioritize assignments in fast-paced and deadline-oriented environments.
  • Excellent team players.
