Responsibilities
Provide support to ensure the smooth operations of Dietetics & Catering Services (DCS).
Assist the Demi Chef/Chef de Partie of the section.
Requirements
Competency
To be responsible for the hygiene standard and cleanliness of the section
To ensure that all patient meals are dished accurately according to ward orders
To ensure that all meals produced by the section are of acceptable standards
To minimise wastage and optimise stock level of raw materials and ingredients.
To perform any other duties as assigned
Educational and Professional Requirements
GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level or Diploma holder
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Valid food hygiene certification of at least 6 months
