Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our technical team in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing complex technical projects and teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the technical aspects of projects, including design development, construction planning, and coordination with stakeholders;
  • Coordinating and leading technical meetings and workshops to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members;
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of project progress and performance metrics;
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards;
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with projects, and developing strategies to minimize their impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale civil infrastructure and building projects;
  • Proven track record of managing complex technical projects and teams;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Familiarity with construction software and technology;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
